    - Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.

**4. Refund Process:**
    - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    - Please allow [14 business days] for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
